Portable scanner, learning the basics
After the information has been exported to your contacts manager, your team members can access and use it for their own networking and marketing projects. Portable scanners do more than extract information from promotional materials. You can use your portable scanner to digitally manage your business expenses. Run your receipts through your scanner, and it will read, parse and store data such as vendor name, purchase date, amount and payment method. As with your business cards, the scanner sorts and exports the information into programs such as Excel, which your accounting department can access as needed.
