This takes care of any security issues and greatly minimizes the risk of theft and property damage. In addition, many self storage are operated under computer control and there are usually security cameras on the premises to add a greater degree of protection. You could even say that leaving your items in a self storage facility offers a greater degree of protection than if you were to leave it at home. Some facilities are in fact quite advanced, with climate control and cold self storage features provided.
