Different dog breeds are associated with different ancestral lines. Some dog breeds are natural while selective dog breeding is also carried out for getting the excellent dog breeds. For thousands of years the dogs have been selectively breeding. In the selective breeding the same ancestral lines can be bred and sometimes different ancestral lines are bred. When a dog breed is healthy and perfect then breeding is usually done from the same ancestors.
